Ways to fight back spring astheniaIn the months of March to May is the period when spring fatigue takes over the body and attacks us physically and mentally, and if you can not recognize it, we can say that it manifests itself through symptoms like headaches,pains in the back of the head , tiredness, drowsiness, poorly  sleeping sensation in the morning, lack of appetite, dizziness, fatigue in climbing stairs, desire to sleep more, bone pain, decreased memory and concentration, irritability, mental and physical exhaustion, sadness or depression.

Also some people are sensitive to bright sunlight, noise is upsetting them and are nervous. The good news is that spring fatigue can be overcome. But how can we do it? In most cases, proper nutrition is the right solution to get rid of these symptoms. First to eat less but more often,up to 4-5 meals a day. Never forget  that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Also sleep is important,  we should sleep 7-8 hours per night.

Diet should be rich in meat, dairy products, vegetables and fruits.[adsenseyu1]

It is advisable to serve lean meat, fish, yoghurt, fruit, bread and cereal. During the day, between meals snacks can be taken,made up of seeds (pumpkin, sunflower), nuts, fruit, dark chocolate. They contain magnesium and thus help combat stress.

Herbal and fruit teas are recommended to combat fatigue symptoms in spring. You can drink hawthorn, lemon, mint, dried fruit, rose petals teas and more. For a sweet taste, teas or infusions of these herbs can be mixed with some honey.

To detoxify the body herbs and vegetables are recommended. They are rich in vitamins and minerals have magnesium, potassium, calcium, folic acid, vitamins B, C and E, being a good remedy for symptoms generated by spring fatigue. To eliminate toxins from the body spinach salad, lettuce, sorrel, nettles, dandelion, wild garlic, pilewort, garlic and green onions can be prepared.

Dandelion leaves contain vitamins (A, B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, C, E, D and P), magnesium, linoleic acid, inulin, calcium, potassium, copper, iron and others. Nettles are appreciated for the antianemic properties, they stimulate the production of red blood cells and therefore should be used in the diet because help in combating chronic fatigue, feelings of exhaustion, dizziness and anemia in the treatment of malnutrition, convalescence, colitis, dysentery, neuralgia, the pain in the joints, arthritis, rheumatic diseases, etc..

Garden patience is rich in vitamin C and K, in oils, fiber, phytonutrients, potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus and iron. The monk’s rhubarb helps in maintaining a healthy body has depurative properties, antimicrobial, astringent and diuretic. By the vitamins and minerals contained  the garden patience can be a good remedy in cases of anemia, liver, spring asthenia and blood diseases. It can also be used to treat colds, infections, rheumatism, poisoning, infections of the mouth, constipation because its very effective properties.
